Tutors' Class Reviews 

첫날 제 튜티를 만났을 때, 아이가 웃으며 저를 반겨주었습니다. 시험을 보는 동안 한 번도 포기하는 모습을 보이지 않았고, 어려운 문제들도 최선을 다해 풀려고 노력했어요. 수업에 대한 열정도 잘 보여주었고, 저보다도 더 많은 질문을 하는 모습이 인상 깊었습니다. 함께한 시간이 오래되진 않았지만, 앞으로의 수업들이 기대됩니다!

The first day I met my tutee she was greeting to me with a smile. I didn’t see her giving up at any point while taking tests. Although the questions were not easy for her, she tried her best to solve the problem. She also showed her enthusiasm toward the classes. It was surprising how my tutee was asking more questions than I did. Not a long time has passed since I had her as student but I look forward for the upcoming classes!

오늘은 제 학생과의 첫 수업이었습니다. 첫 수업에서는 학생의 좋아하는 음식에 대해 이야기하며 자유롭게 말하는 연습을 했습니다. 처음이라 간단한 역할극 게임도 함께 했는데, 학생이 영어로 본인의 좋아하는 음식을 소개하는 활동이었어요. 처음엔 말하는 데 어려움을 느꼈지만, 제가 도와주고 함께 연습하면서 금방 이해하고 잘 해냈습니다. 제 영어 지식을 학생과 나눌 수 있어 정말 좋은 경험이었고, 앞으로의 수업들도 기대가 됩니다! 

Today was the first class with my tutee. During the first class, we learned about her favorite food and practiced free talking. As it was our first class, we played a small role-play game, and my student had to introduce her favorite food in English. Although she initially had difficulties speaking up, with my guidance and assistance, she was able to understand quickly. It was a very nice experience for me to share my English knowledge with my tutee, and I am looking forward to the future classes as well!

이번에도 튜티와 함께한 시간이 정말 즐거웠어요. 지난 시간에 이어 핵심 개념을 더 다져나갔고, 아이가 수업에 적극적으로 참여하며 날카로운 질문도 던지는 모습을 보니 참 인상적이었어요. 배우는 데 대한 열정이 느껴졌고, 점점 자신감을 얻고 실력이 늘어가는 게 보여서 뿌듯했습니다. 갈수록 수업이 더 알차지고 있어요. 앞으로도 아이의 영어 실력 향상을 도우며, 배운 내용을 어떻게 잘 활용해 나가는지 지켜보는 게 기대돼요.

I really enjoyed working with my tutee again in this session. We continued building on key concepts, and it was great to see her engage thoughtfully with the material and ask insightful questions. I can see her enthusiasm for learning, and I’m proud of the progress she’s making. Each session feels more productive as she grows in confidence and deepens her understanding. I look forward to continuing to support her English skills and seeing how she applies what she’s learned in future lessons.
