U-Agents Go!
Solutions Agent
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We’re looking for a SOLUTIONIST.
At U-Agents GO!, our Agents are people who see what needs to be done and think, “How can I help make this happen?” The work is varied, hands-on, and people-focused. You may help organize a space, complete an errand, coordinate a task, pick up and deliver an item, assist with business operations, support a client project, or step into a situation that simply needs someone reliable to take action.

We're looking for someone who can think, communicate, adapt, and execute—not someone who needs every step mapped out before they can get started.
Depending on your skills and assignments, you may:
Provide personal and household support
Clean up, declutter, organize, and systemize
Complete errands, tasks, procurement, and pickups
Provide courier, delivery, and transportation support

Can work independently
Are comfortable meeting new people
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Treat people's homes, businesses, property, and information with care

You don't have to know how to do everything. You do need to be willing to learn, think, and figure things out.
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Part-time/On-call employee position
W-2 employment. No independent contractors
Available between the hours of 9:30am-2:30pm CST

The $18.00 starting rate is a company-set starting wage and is above Oklahoma's current $7.25 federal/state minimum wage.
No special professional credential is required to become a general Solutionist Agent.
U-Agents GO! is looking for capability, character, reliability, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset first.
Depending on the assignment, however, additional requirements may apply. For example:
A valid driver's license may be required for driving assignments.
Reliable transportation may be required for mobile assignments.
Certain notary services require the appropriate notary commission/authorization.
Certain specialty services may require specific credentials, training, registration, or authorization.
Additional training may be provided or required for certain company assignments.
Candidates must satisfy applicable company screening and employment requirements.
Because no two days have to look exactly the same.
U-Agents GO! gives you an opportunity to use your existing skills while developing new ones through real-world work with different people, situations, businesses, and service needs.
If you're dependable, resourceful, professional, and the kind of person who sees a problem and starts thinking about the solution—there's a place for you here.

U-Agents Go!
Focus Team Solutionist
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for people who can see the bigger picture.
At U-Agents GO!, we believe that great solutions begin with great questions, thoughtful research, and the willingness to look at a challenge from more than one perspective. We are looking for a resourceful, analytical, and collaborative individual who enjoys exploring ideas, researching possibilities, discussing strategies, and helping turn complex questions into practical solutions.
As a Focus Team Solutionist, you will work alongside the U-Agents GO! team to support research, sound-boarding, brainstorming, and consulting initiatives across a variety of personal, professional, business, trust-related, and operational matters.
This role is for someone who enjoys thinking beyond the obvious, connecting information, asking meaningful questions, and contributing ideas that help move projects and client matters forward.
Research & Discovery: Research topics, services, industries, procedures, resources, and potential solutions to help the team make informed decisions.
Sound-boarding & Brainstorming: Participate in collaborative discussions, evaluate ideas, explore different perspectives, and help identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Consulting Support: Assist with developing recommendations, organizing findings, outlining options, and preparing practical approaches to client questions and projects.
Problem-Solving: Help break down complex situations into manageable steps and identify possible paths forward.
Strategic Thinking: Contribute fresh perspectives, connect related information, and help the team consider both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
Information Organization: Summarize research, document ideas, prepare notes, and organize findings so they can be reviewed and used effectively.
Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to explore possibilities, refine concepts, and develop actionable next steps.
Team Collaboration: Share insights, communicate findings clearly, remain open to feedback, and contribute constructively to group discussions.
We are looking for a solutionist—someone who is naturally curious, thinks critically, communicates thoughtfully, and enjoys helping others work through questions and challenges.
You may be a great fit if you:
Enjoy researching, learning, investigating, and connecting information.
Like brainstorming ideas and discussing different approaches to a problem.
Can think independently while working collaboratively with a team.
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
Are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Can distinguish reliable information from assumptions and unsupported claims.
Are comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and reconsidering your perspective.
Understand the importance of discretion when working with sensitive information.
Take initiative and look for constructive ways to contribute.
Relevant professional experience, research experience, consulting experience, or formal credentials may be beneficial, but a particular degree or professional license is not necessarily required for this role.
We value demonstrated ability, sound judgment, curiosity, communication, reliability, and a genuine interest in finding solutions. Candidates should be comfortable using research tools, organizing information, and presenting findings in a clear and useful way. Training and role-specific guidance may be provided as appropriate.
The Focus Team Solutionist is not simply asked to collect information. The role involves exploring what that information means, considering how it applies to a situation, and helping the team think through possible solutions.
You will have opportunities to contribute ideas, participate in focused discussions, support different types of projects, and help develop the thinking behind practical recommendations.
We don't expect you to know everything. We want you to be willing to learn, think critically, ask better questions, and work with others to find better answers.
If you enjoy solving problems, exploring possibilities, and helping good ideas become well-considered plans, we invite you to explore becoming a Focus Team Solutionist with U-Agents GO!
Bring your perspective. Put your mind to work. Help us find a way forward.
