TYREKHATA is a business management application designed for tyre shops, dealers, retailers, and related businesses. TYREKHATA helps users manage tyre inventory, purchases, sales, billing, customers, khata/credit records, reports, and other business information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use TYREKHATA, why it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
When you use TYREKHATA, we may collect or store information that you provide directly through the App.

If you choose to use the invoice scanning or OCR feature, invoice images or information contained in invoices may be processed to help create purchase or inventory entries.
You should only upload documents that you are authorized to process.

Authenticate users securely
Manage tyre inventory and stock
Record purchases and sales
Generate bills, sale receipts, and GST invoices
Maintain customer and khata records
Calculate business reports and summaries
Provide tyre search and vehicle fitment features
Provide invoice scanning functionality where available
Maintain and improve app functionality
Prevent misuse and maintain security

We do not use your business information for unrelated advertising purposes.
TYREKHATA uses Google Firebase services for certain app functions.
These may include:
Firebase Authentication for account login and authentication
Cloud Firestore for securely storing app and business data
Other Google/Firebase infrastructure required for app operation
Information processed through these services is subject to applicable Google and Firebase privacy and security practices.
TYREKHATA may use your mobile phone number to authenticate your account using a one-time password (OTP).
Your phone number is used to identify and secure your account and provide access to your TYREKHATA data.
Mobile numbers entered for customers inside your business records are used for customer and transaction management purposes within your shop account.
TYREKHATA allows shop owners or authorized users to enter customer information for billing and khata management.
The shop owner or business using TYREKHATA is responsible for ensuring that customer information is entered and used lawfully.
TYREKHATA does not independently contact customers using information entered by a shop unless required to provide a feature requested by the user.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored through TYREKHATA.
Business data may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure such as Google Firebase.
Access to shop data is intended to be restricted to authenticated and authorized users associated with that shop.
However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary:
With service providers required to operate the App
With Google/Firebase infrastructure used by the App
When required by applicable law or legal process
To protect users, our services, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats
When the user explicitly requests or authorizes a feature requiring such processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TYREKHATA services, maintain business records, comply with applicable requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the App.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to information that we may be required to retain for legitimate legal or business purposes.
Users may request deletion of their TYREKHATA account and associated personal data.
Where an account deletion option is available inside the App, users may use that option.
Users may also contact the TYREKHATA support team to request account deletion.
After a valid deletion request is processed, eligible personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
TYREKHATA may request device permissions only when required for specific functionality.
For example, invoice scanning may require access to the camera, photos, or selected files.
Permissions may be controlled through your Android device settings.
The App should continue to provide features that do not require a denied permission wherever technically possible.
TYREKHATA is intended for business users and is not designed for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing services directly to them.
Some features may rely on third-party services required to operate the App.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of unrelated third-party websites or services that users choose to access outside TYREKHATA.
