1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using TypeFast ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use the App.

2. ABOUT THE APP

TypeFast is a keyboard typing practice application designed to improve typing speed and accuracy through various exercises, statistics tracking, and structured learning.

3. APP FEATURES

Free Features:

• All typing practice sessions (1-60 minutes)

• Complete statistics (WPM, accuracy, growth tracking)

• Full progress graphs and historical data

• All word lists (standard and specialized)

• Custom word lists creation

• Light and dark mode

• Font and text size customization

• Audio dictation feature

• Daily practice reminders

Premium Feature (Subscription Required):

• Roadmap Learning: Structured 30-day typing improvement program with daily lessons, progressive difficulty, and guided practice

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99 (no free trial)

• Annual Subscription: $24.99 (includes 3-day free trial)

Subscription Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) account settings

• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

• Not share subscription access with others

• Provide accurate information when creating custom word lists

• Comply with all applicable laws

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

• Typing data is primarily stored locally on your device

• Subscription information is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management

• We collect limited personal information necessary for app functionality

• Review our Privacy Policy for detailed information

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• TypeFast and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Chamishka Dilina

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

• All typing content, word lists, roadmap lessons, and audio materials are protected by copyright

8. APP STORE TERMS

This App is distributed through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)

• Google Play Store (Android)

Your use is subject to the respective platform's Terms of Service. All billing and subscription management is handled through your platform's store.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TypeFast is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of typing progress data

• Service interruptions

• Damages arising from app use

• Device compatibility issues

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems

• Upload offensive or inappropriate content

• Interfere with other users' experience

• Use automated tools or bots

11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

• We may update the App to improve functionality

• These Terms may be updated periodically

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

• Users will be notified of significant changes

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for Terms violations

• Discontinue the App with reasonable notice

• Remove inappropriate content

• Technical issues may be considered case-by-case

16. GOVERNING LAW
