1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Typing Test & Speed Practice mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Typing Test & Speed Practice Typing Test & Speed Practice is a keyboard typing practice application designed to improve your typing speed and accuracy through various typing exercises, statistics tracking, and customizable practice sessions.

3. App Features Free Features:

• Basic typing practice sessions (1-2 minutes)

• Basic statistics (WPM, accuracy)

• Standard word lists

• Light and dark mode

• Font customization

Premium Features (Subscription Required):

• Extended typing sessions (3-60 minutes)

• Advanced statistics and weekly growth tracking

• Full progress graphs and historical data

• Custom word lists creation

• Specialized word packs (tech, coding, business, medical, academic)

• Audio dictation feature

• Daily practice reminders

4. Subscription Terms Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99

• Annual Subscription: $24.99

Subscription Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods

5. User Responsibilities You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

• Not share your subscription access with others

• Provide accurate information when creating custom word lists

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Data and Privacy

• Typing practice data is primarily stored locally on your device

• User identification data and subscription information is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management

• We collect limited personal information necessary for app functionality and subscription tracking

7. Intellectual Property

• Typing Test & Speed Practice and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Chamishka Dilina

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

• All typing content, word lists, and audio materials are protected by copyright

8. App Store Terms

• This App is distributed through the Apple App Store

• Your use is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service

• All billing and subscription management is handled through the App Store

• For billing issues, contact Apple Support directly

9. Limitation of Liability Typing Test & Speed Practice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of typing progress data

• Interruptions in service

• Any damages arising from use of the App

• Compatibility issues with your device

10. Prohibited Uses You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

• Upload offensive or inappropriate content to custom word lists

• Interfere with other users' experience

• Use automated tools or bots with the App

11. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App to improve functionality and add features

• These Terms may be updated from time to time

• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

• We will notify users of significant changes

12. Account Termination We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms

• Discontinue the App with reasonable notice

• Remove inappropriate content from custom word lists

14. Age Requirements

• We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues

16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
