This document, referred to as the "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), outlines the terms governing the collection and utilization of Personal Information from Users (referred to as "You") by Chamishka Dilina (referred to as "Developer") during the download, installation, and use of the mobile application "Typing Test & Speed Practice" (hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile application").

CONSENT OF THE USER: By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, you (also referred to as the "User") voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.

GENERAL TERMS: 1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, you fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy. 1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities. 1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: 2.1. Typing Test & Speed Practice collects limited user identification data necessary for subscription management and app functionality. This includes:

User IDs generated by RevenueCat for subscription tracking
Typing performance data linked to user accounts for progress tracking
Custom word lists created by users and saved to their profiles 2.2. Personal Information may also include the User's email provided during product surveys, feedback submissions, or customer support requests. 2.3. The User acknowledges the use of third-party software (including RevenueCat for subscription management) in the Mobile application, which collects and transmits user identification data necessary for core app functionality.

DATA COLLECTED BY THE APP: 3.1. Typing Test & Speed Practice collects and stores the following data:

Typing performance statistics (Words Per Minute, accuracy percentages, completion rates)
Practice session data (duration, test counts, typing modes used)
Progress history and performance trends
User preferences and settings (typing modes, themes, font selections, daily reminders)
Custom word lists created by the user
Audio playback preferences for dictation feature 3.2. Typing practice data is primarily stored locally on your device. User identification data and subscription information is transmitted to RevenueCat servers for subscription management and cross-device progress synchronization. 3.3. Data Minimization: We only collect data that is necessary for the core functionality of the app - improving your typing skills and tracking your progress. 3.4. Permission Requests: The app may request access to:
Audio playback for dictation features (optional)
Notifications for daily practice reminders (optional)
Device storage for saving custom word lists and preferences 3.5. User identification data and subscription information is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management and app functionality. Performance data may be analyzed for app improvement purposes. No data is used for advertising or cross-app tracking purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE: Third-party software includes RevenueCat for subscription management, which processes user identification data necessary for premium features. Other third-party services may collect app performance metrics and crash data for technical improvement purposes. Users are informed when third-party data collection occurs, and such collection is limited to app functionality and improvement.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY: The Developer does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13 years old (or under 16 in the EU). If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery. Parents or guardians may contact the Developer to review, update, or delete their child's data.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING: The Developer uses Personal Information for:

App functionality (subscription management, progress tracking)
Analytics (improving app features and performance)
Product personalization (customizing user experience based on typing progress)
Communication and customer support

USER'S RIGHTS: The User has rights to be informed, access, correct, restrict, object, withdraw consent, delete personal data, and receive data for portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Developer.

DATA RETENTION: Personal Information will be stored for as long as necessary for app functionality or as required by law. Local app data can be deleted by uninstalling the application or using in-app data management features.

DATA PROTECTION: The Developer stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to industry standards and internal regulations. Local data is protected by your device's security features.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Developer shares Personal Information with RevenueCat for subscription management and may transfer data to other third-party service providers for app functionality, with appropriate privacy protections in place.

AMENDMENTS AND DELETION: For questions, amendments, or deletion requests regarding Personal Information, users can contact the Developer at chamishka.dev@gmail.com.

AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY POLICY: The Developer may amend this Policy with appropriate notice to users. Users are advised to regularly check the current version.
