1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SpikeLive (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
SpikeLive is a volleyball scoreboard application that allows users to track game scores, view statistics, and broadcast live game scores via Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Twitch, and custom RTMP streaming. The App is available on iPhone and Apple Watch.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use SpikeLive only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use the App to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Use the App in any way that violates Facebook’s, YouTube’s, or Twitch’s Terms of Service or Community Standards
Use custom RTMP streaming to transmit unauthorized, infringing, or harmful content to any destination
Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the App without written permission
4. Facebook Live Integration
SpikeLive integrates with Facebook Live to allow users to broadcast volleyball scores in real time. By using this feature, you agree to comply with:

Facebook’s Community Standards (https://transparency.fb.com/policies/community-standards/)
We are not responsible for the availability, content policies, or actions taken by Facebook regarding your live streams. Facebook may suspend or restrict your streaming privileges at their sole discretion.
5. YouTube Live Integration
SpikeLive integrates with YouTube Live via the YouTube Data API and YouTube Live Streaming API to allow users to broadcast volleyball scores to YouTube. By using this feature, you agree to comply with:
YouTube’s Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)
YouTube’s Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/)
Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
SpikeLive’s use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can manage or revoke SpikeLive’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We are not responsible for the availability, content policies, or actions taken by YouTube or Google regarding your live streams. YouTube may suspend or restrict your streaming privileges at their sole discretion.
6. Twitch Integration
SpikeLive integrates with Twitch to allow users to broadcast volleyball scores to their Twitch channel in real time. By using this feature, you agree to comply with:

Twitch’s Community Guidelines (https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Community-Guidelines)
We are not responsible for the availability, content policies, or actions taken by Twitch regarding your live streams. Twitch may suspend or restrict your streaming privileges at their sole discretion.
7. Custom RTMP Streaming
SpikeLive supports streaming to custom RTMP destinations, including third-party media servers, sports platforms, and other streaming services. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for the RTMP server URL and stream key you enter
Stream keys are sensitive credentials stored locally on your device only; SpikeLive does not transmit them to any third party
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service and content policies of any custom RTMP destination you use
SpikeLive has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions, availability, or data practices of custom RTMP destinations
You must not use custom RTMP streaming to transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or in violation of any applicable third-party terms
We recommend keeping your RTMP stream keys confidential and rotating them periodically.
8. Apple Watch
SpikeLive includes an Apple Watch companion app. Use of the Watch app requires a compatible iPhone and Apple Watch running supported versions of iOS and watchOS. Features may vary depending on device compatibility.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features within SpikeLive are the intellectual property of Jason Burt / Tyloal LLC. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpikeLive is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Any defects will be corrected
Streaming to Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Twitch, or any custom RTMP destination will be uninterrupted or error-free, as these services are outside our control
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason Burt / Tyloal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SpikeLive, including but not limited to damages resulting from streaming interruptions, third-party platform actions, or the use of custom RTMP destinations, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SpikeLive at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
