Tyler Weatherwax is currently an undergrad student at Colorado State University and has lived in Colorado his entire life. Tyler is a staff member at the Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp., located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Many of his articles are featured on this site.

The current division of Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp. that Tyler works for is KCSU and The Rocky Mountain Collegian. He is the News Editor for the Collegian and the Assistant News Director at KCSU. Tyler is in his second year at Colorado State University with a major in Journalism and Media Communications and a minor in Business. 

Tyler hopes to share some of the world with people through his reporting and experiences. His goal as a journalist is to bring information to others in the hopes that it inspires and educates them in their lives.

His work consists of things that may relate to some or open new doors to a perspective some may never have seen. He also tries to push himself into the unknown to cause some discomfort in his life and reporting.

Tyler hosts a music show on KCSU on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Some things Tyler enjoys doing are playing bass guitar, collecting records, going outside, and spending time with his friends and family.
