The Following items are needed when the application is returned to our office:

Application Fee, Copy of your ID and Social Security Card and Two Pay Stubs

Rental Keys:

Keys may be taken Monday-Friday between 10 am -3 pm. Please bring a $50.00 key deposit and a copy of your driver’s license. Keys must be returned within one hour of checking them out.

Security Deposit:

Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. We do not accept checks, certified funds only.

Pet Policy:

All pets must be approved by the owner with set deposit. We do no accept aggressive breeds such as: Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Great Pyrenees, Great Danes, Akitas, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Boxers, and Wolf-hybrids.

Pet Deposit:

If pets are allowed, there will be a minimum of a $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, in addition to the required security deposit.

Renter’s Insurance:

Insurance is required on all properties.
