Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only to customers who have purchased one of our paid plans.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must not have received any leads through our recruitment portal during the subscription period.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at Website within 30 days of the subscription expiration date.
Customers must provide sufficient evidence, such as account usage data, to verify that they have not received any leads.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the refund request approval.
Refund Amount:
100% of the subscription fee will be refunded if the customer did not receive any leads / Interviews during the subscription period.
No refunds will be provided if the customer has received at least 5 lead / Interviews, regardless of the outcome of the lead.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or features purchased separately from the subscription plans.
Refunds will not be provided for customers who have violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
If a customer cancels their subscription but has already received leads during the subscription period, no refund will be issued.
Changes to the Policy:
Tylentzhub reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
