Yes, this Yoga-workshop is designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR THIS WORKSHOP ?
You just need to have time and an open mind. We do suggest you wear light and comfortable clothing while practicing.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
As Yoga cleanses not only the mind but also the body we would ask you to refrain from taking any intoxicants (that includes coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes) during your Workshop. Ideally, you would start to detox already a few days ahead of the workshop.
SHOULD I HAVE TO BE A VEGETARIAN TO PRACTICE YOGA?
Not necessarily but we recommend a Satvik vegetarian diet.
