Terms Of Use & Service

• Please as specific and detailed as possible. Send multiple references of what you want, preferably a front, side, and back view of what you want. If you can’t provide all of those try to at least provide a front and back view

• If your commission has been accepted you will be notified and put on the list, once started a work in progress picture will be sent and you must send payment within a week or the commission will be canceled, If you have problems or need more time with payment let me know and we could figure something out

• The prices are only bases I can choose to go higher or lower depending on the design and how productive I’m feeling

• The Blender file and Sai/PSD texture files will be available on request 

• Crediting is a must

• I hold all rights to my work

• I only provide models in the Pmx format
  Conversion to other formats is okay

• Things that I will not do

      (I have the right to refuse your commission without reason.)

• Extremely detailed designs (with exceptions if I like the design)

• Mecha, or Advanced Machinery Designs 

• Offensive designs

• If the design is too difficult for me

  • Negotiate details to simplify to make it possible for me to be able to model it (there will be a price reduction)

• Price will be altered depending on

      (I do not give refunds)

• The complexity of design (With Starting Price of:)

• How many models are requested (Each model will be charged along with the base price)

• Polices on commercial use

  • Anything sold such as merchandise, clothing, etc I will receive a percentage of the money gained from the purchases of them

• My Responsibilities

  • I am responsible for the rigging, and mesh of the model.

  •  I am not responsible for what you do with the model (ie. Porting, Editing, Retexturing,).

  •  I do not give refunds, as you are shown the work, and make the choice to pay for it before I give it to you. 

  • You’re even given the choice to watch me make your model, via discord video call. 

  • I am responsible for rigging errors or physics problems, which I have no problem fixing. 

  •  If you aren’t satisfied we can try to modify the model to your liking or you may cancel the commission.

Do not redistribute the product unless it is on a finished model, No Public downloads with the part(s) made, you cannot profit from my work without permission, Credit me.
