TYHEWARP is a Chrome extension designed to help users navigate and organize long ChatGPT conversations.
1. DATA PROCESSED
TYHEWARP may process the content of ChatGPT conversations displayed in the user's browser in order to provide features such as Search, Pins, Checkpoints, Light Mode, conversation navigation, and Continue in Fresh Chat.
This processing occurs locally in the user's browser.
TYHEWARP does not send ChatGPT conversation content to TYHEWARP servers.
2. LOCAL STORAGE
TYHEWARP uses Chrome's local storage capabilities to save information necessary for its features, including:
- TYHEWARP settings
- Pins
- Checkpoints
- conversation navigation metadata
- per-tab/session state where applicable
This information is stored locally in the user's browser.
3. NO TYHEWARP ACCOUNT
TYHEWARP does not require users to create a TYHEWARP account.
4. NO ANALYTICS OR ADVERTISING
TYHEWARP currently does not use analytics, tracking systems, personalized advertising, or advertising profiles.
5. DATA SHARING
TYHEWARP does not sell user data.
TYHEWARP does not transfer ChatGPT conversation content to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
6. CONTINUE IN FRESH CHAT
The Continue in Fresh Chat feature builds a handoff locally from information selected by the user, such as Pins, Checkpoints, and recent conversation turns.
The handoff is copied to the user's clipboard and may open a new ChatGPT page at the user's request.
TYHEWARP does not automatically submit the handoff to ChatGPT. The user remains in control of whether to paste or use the generated handoff.
7. EXTERNAL LINKS
TYHEWARP may provide optional links to external services, such as PayPal for voluntary project support.
Payment information is handled directly by the external payment provider. TYHEWARP does not collect or store payment card or banking information.
External websites and services are governed by their own privacy policies.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Locally stored TYHEWARP information remains in Chrome storage until it is removed by the user, cleared from browser storage, removed through TYHEWARP functionality where available, or removed when the extension/browser data is deleted.
9. CHROME WEB STORE LIMITED USE
TYHEWARP's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
User data is used only to provide or improve TYHEWARP's user-facing functionality.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated if TYHEWARP's features or data practices change.
Material changes affecting user data practices will be disclosed appropriately.
