Why do people go to the gym? Is it to get bigger? To lose weight? Relieve stress? Prepare for an event? Everyone has their own reason why they may pursue fitness. My coaching philosophy is centered around having a reason or a goal in your fitness journey. Goals hold you accountable. If you can lay your head down to sleep at night knowing you gave your best to a goal in life, then you have succeeded, even if results don't show immediately. The simple answer to how long will it take to see results from my goal? What you put into your goal is almost always a reflection of what will come out of it.
