EC101: Introduction to Microeconomics

Semesters: Summer Session 2 in 2024 and 2022

I created all materials (lectures, problem sets, and exams) from scratch with the intention of redefining the manner in which students are introduced to economics. I believe that all students have the innate ability to benefit from economic thinking in everyday life regardless of their major.

EC201: Intermediate Microeconomic Theory

Semester: Summer Session 2 in 2023

I created all materials (lectures, problem sets, and exams) from scratch, deconstructing the course into three sections: consumer theory, producer theory, and market equilibrium. I emphasize the importance of abstract thinking and generalization, and students are introduced to the use of calculus and basic proof techniques in economics.

Summer Challenge Economics Seminar (High School)

Semester: Summer Session 2 in 2024

I created an immersive 2-week course focused on teaching basic principles of microeconomics in an accessible and hands-on manner. Students engaged in daily in-class games that illustrated the concepts of comparative advantage, zero economic profits, the power of monopolies, and collusion.
