Academic Advising

In years past we've focused primarily on Guided Work Period. That's what students seem to value most and many advisors like to use the menus that help students explore the different ways to use a GWP (you can see the grade level menus below).

There are other academic advising routines and rituals as well, including one-on-one and small group coaching protocols, SMART goal protocols and others.

Students grab a plasticized version, mark with a dry erase marker their plan. Advisors circulate to check in on plan.
