Please review the conference sessions, noting those of interest. In-person sessions are all held in Exchange 1, 2, or 4 on the 6th floor of the Aloft Hotel. Prior to attending, please familiarize yourself with the scholarship tied to the session. Come ready for engaged discussion with facilitators.
On Thursday, Oct. 13, we will start the registration process near the hotel's lobby. If your arrival permits, please stop by between 7-8:30 PM to get your conference swag and say hello. You can also register Friday morning (Oct. 14), just before breakfast in Exchange 2.
Dress in layers. The 6th floor of the hotel can be chilly. Hot coffee will be available to keep you warm, but bringing a sweater is recommended.
Please bring and wear your institutional identification name badge (if you have one).
Coffee service and breakfast, kindly sponsored by W. W. Norton, will be served Friday and Saturday.

Virtual sessions will be held through Zoom. If you wish to practice connecting to a Zoom meeting and/or test your audio and video and using the chat panel, use the Zoom Test Meeting.
For an optimal experience, please join virtual sessions from a laptop or desktop computer.
Plan to join sessions from a stable, quiet location (e.g., strong internet connection, limited background noise, reduced distractions). If you need to join from a public setting, use headphones with a built-in microphone.
Zoom meeting links for each session are hyperlinked to the word "Virtual". Most Friday sessions will utilize a single Zoom meeting link, but sessions B-4 and C-2 will use a separate link. All Saturday virtual sessions will operate on the same Zoom link.
Please arrive on time for sessions.
Video connection is encouraged.
