Vice President/Branch Manager
Managed “DeNovo” branch (<5yrs old) moving from 4th Quartile to 1st Quartile, specifically leading production in lending and investments. Dually managed multiple branches and mentored other up and coming leaders. Engaged in Corporate project to evaluate internal employee resistance, operational effectiveness and sales concerns in new long-term corporate initiative launch. Completed site visit, material reviews, team meeting calls and operational updates prior to departure from firm for new national level strategic projects.
Western Reserve Grace Church - 2012 – 2019
Director of Planned Giving/Race Coordinator
In this purely volunteer position, worked as needed (PRN) for church, serving on the Finance Committee, assisting donors with non-cash gifts (over $10k), and created and served as race director/coordinator for annual NiteLite 5k and 1.2k kids fun run (raised over $5k) including all social media and promotion activities.

Assistant Vice President/Financial Center Manager II/Business Banking Champion
The Go To Market team was the primary marketing, communication and implementation channel of all new products, processes, and initiatives within Retail Banking. Go To Market Managers work directly with the Retail heads of the areas that they cover as well as the Product Managers during the design and implementation phase.
· Successfully partnered with multiple business lines to launch over 12 new and 10 relaunched projects
· Successfully worked with Retail Heads to increase revenue in their markets by focusing their teams’ training on products best suited for their clientele. Area leaders consistently won “Presidents Circle” as a result.
Highlights of branch positions included:
· Increased customer satisfaction scores (Gallup) from “F” to continuous “A” at multiple locations.
· Achieved President’s Circle – top 10% of bankers across the country.
· Regional Business Banking Champion (chosen by Business Banking affiliate head)
· Created and delivered Champion training program at affiliate’s annual meeting and created/facilitated multiple sessions for managers on utilization of external resources to increase their customer service and sales numbers at regional meetings.
