Hospitality
The Hospitality area will be open to judges and coaches for snacks and breaks.

Pricing and Awards
Entry fees: Team Registration- $40/ Athlete registration- $90- Register through Meetmaker
Spectator admission: $15- adults, $10- ages 3-12, under age 3- Free
Awards: Individual participant medals & team awards given at the end of the last event. Individual placement awards 50% plus 1
Judges- 2 judge panels
Refund Policy:
Refunds can be given up on request until December 14, 2024.
Refunds after December 28th, 2025, can be given upon request with a doctor's note for scratches until January 28th, 2026
There are no refunds after January 28th, 2026
