# Terms of Service (ToS) for txERLC

By using thetxERLC Discord Moderation BOT / ER:LC BOT ("BOT"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using the BOT.

## 2. Description of Service

The BOT provides various functionalities, including but not limited to server moderation, user management, and interaction with the ER:LC game on Roblox. The BOT is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

## 3. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service while using the BOT. Users are responsible for:

- Not engaging in any activities that may harm the BOT, other users, or the server.

- Providing accurate information when interacting with the BOT.

- Refraining from spamming, abusing, or misusing BOT commands.

## 4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the BOT to:

- Violate any laws or regulations.

- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior.

- Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.

- Attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the BOT’s operations.

## 5. Data Collection and Privacy

The BOT may collect certain data, including but not limited to user IDs, server information, and interaction logs. This data will only be used to improve the BOT’s functionality and ensure compliance with these ToS. We do not share or sell any user data to third parties.

## 6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the BOT for any user at any time, with or without notice, for violating these ToS or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the administrators.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creators or administrators of the BOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the BOT.

## 8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised ToS in the server or website where the BOT is hosted. It is your responsibility to review the ToS periodically for updates.
