These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and related community services (including our verification on Discord and the Site hosted on Google Sites). By using the Site or joining our community, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Site
   You must be allowed by the Site’s verification system to access restricted pages. Access is granted only to verified accounts and may be revoked at any time.

2. Verification & Accounts
   Verification is performed via our Discord verification flow. You agree to provide accurate information. If you deliberately provide someone else’s email (or otherwise falsify information), you may be denied access and subject to temporary suspension or ban.

3. Acceptable conduct
   Do not harass, impersonate, spam, exploit, or attempt to bypass our security. Any illegal activity or behavior that disrupts the community may result in removal and account suspension.

4. Temporary bans & appeals
   Failed verification attempts may result in an automatic temporary ban (cooldown). Moderators review appeals; follow the staff instructions to request reinstatement.

5. Privacy & email use
   We use submitted emails only to grant Site access. We will not publish your email publicly. See the Site’s privacy policy for full details (contact info provided below).

6. Intellectual property
   Content on the Site (text, images, layout) is owned by the Site operators or licensors. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute Site content without permission.

7. Third-party content & embeds
   The Site may link to or embed content hosted by third parties. Those services (and any rules they enforce) are separate from our Site; we are not responsible for third-party policies or availability.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
   The Site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running, but we make no guarantees about uptime, suitability, or safety. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms; we will post the revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact & enforcement
    For questions, reports of abuse, or appeal requests, contact a moderator in the staff channels on our Discord server or email the site administrator (contact info posted on the Site).

By using the Site and our community, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Site or join the server.
