About Us

Chef Mark Jones, owner and operator of Two Fish Bistro a Northern Neck native and avid outdoorsmen. Mark comes from a large family of farmers, and cultivates a garden yearly with his father. He sources homegrown produce, and supports local farmers whenever possible in his restaurant and cooking. Mark was raised on homestyle food and family-style cooking. He takes after his grandmother in his will to "feed the masses" with his small business. The name of the restaurant "Two Fish Bistro" is a biblical reference to the story of two fish, and five loaves.

Mark is a graduate from the Art Institute of Charleston in Charleston South Carolina where he earned his degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management.
