Q. When booking a Two Mom's Teepees Dreams Sleepover Slumber Party what is included?
A. You will receive, Handcrafted Teepees, High Quality inflatable Mattresses, Fitted Sheets, Light Blankets, Decorative Cushions, Rugs, Garland, and other styling decor. Guests will need to bring their own pillows.
Q. What age group do you cater to?
A. Our themes cater for parties, play dates and get togethers for children and pre-teenagers ages 5-12.
Q. Are Two Mom's Teepees Dreams Sleepover Slumber Parties for both girls and boys?
A. Absolutely they are! We have themes and Add On's for both girls and boys. There is also a custom package option, where you can choose your own colors as well as add more teepees.
Q. What is required to secure my booking?
A. Your booking will be confirmed via email, with the return of the Booking Form, which is sent along with our terms and conditions. Once the terms and conditions are accepted, we require a $100 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due, 14 days prior to the sleepover slumber party date. A fully Refundable security bond of $100, is also payable at this time.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards, or payment through one of the mobile apps like "Cash App, Venmo, Zelle".
Q. Can you stay and host the party?
A. We can host your party for 1 hour at an additional cost. You can choose one activity: karaoke, Craft a Dream Catcher, make your own glowing fairy jar or Slime.
Q. Can I host my Two Mom's Teepees Dreams party in the Outdoors?
A. Yes, the sleepover slumber party can be hosted outdoors.
Q. Can we set up the teepees ourselves?
A. We have this down to a fine art, and we set these up on your behalf, to ensure they are set up safely and securely.
Q. How much space do I need for the teepees?
A. Each teepee requires 3 feet in width, and 5 1/2 feet in length (with shorter mattresses for children up to 5 feet tall); or 3 feet in width, and 6 1/2 feet in length (with longer mattresses for children over 5 feet tall).
Q. How long is the hire period of the Two Mom's Teepees Dreams packages?
A. The hire period is for 18 hours. If you would like to enjoy your Two Mom's Teepees Dreams party for a different length of time, please contact us for arrangements.
Q. How are the teepees cleaned?
A. All bedding and teepee covers are cleaned using hypoallergenic washing detergent after every use. Mattresses, cushions and other decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned after every use.
Q. Do I need to supply power?
A. No, our fairy lights, light boxes and everything else that uses light is battery operated, as this is safer for children.
Q. Do you charge a delivery fee?
A.) Our delivery, set up, pack down and collection fee is included in the package price for customers living within 20 miles of Teaneack, Bogota NJ. Deliveries outside of the 20 mile radius of either one of areas will incur an additional delivery fee. Please inquire directly with us for a quote.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the hire booking date. The request can be granted, based on availability. A minimum of 14 days is required to cancel the hire booking. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days, will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
