Prof. Kanchan Jain has 42 years of teaching and research experience at Department of Statistics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She is fellow of Royal Statistical Society, elected member of International Statistical Institute, Netherlands and National Academy of Sciences (NASI), Ex Chairperson/Head, Deptt. of Statistics, Panjab University. She is life member of Calcutta Statistical Association, International Indian Statistical Association, Indian Society of Probability and Statistics, Indian Association for Productivity, Quality and Reliability (IAPQR) and member of International Society for Business and Industrial Statistics (ISBIS), Institute of Actuaries of India, Association of Women in Science (USA) and Organisation of Women in Science for the Developing World. She is recipient of ‘Excellence in Research’ Award by Indian Association for Reliability and Statistics awarded on Birth Centenary of Living Legend Prof. C.R. Rao and was selected as a 'Distinguished Woman Researcher In Statistics' by Venus International Foundation in 2021. Her research interests include Probability, Actuarial Statistics , Reliability Theory and Bio-Statistics. She has completed thirteen Ph.D. supervisions. She has a large number of publications in highly reputed journals and delivered a number of invited talks in conferences held outside and within India.

Prof. Mausumi Bose (ISI, Kolkata)
Dr. Mausumi Bose is a Professor in the Higher Academic Grade in the Indian Statistical Institute( ISI). Besides ISI, she has also taught in some universities in the USA and has made academic visits to many universities and institutions. Her current research interests include Design of Experiments, Sampling Theory and Practice, Cryptology, and other areas of Applied Statistics.

Dr. Susmita Sarkar is Professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Calcutta. Her major field of research is Plasma Dynamics. She also works in the field of Mathematical Biology. She was TWAS associate and ICTP regular associate. She has more than 100 research publications and guided ten PhD students.

Dr. Pooja Singla is an associate professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). Before IITK, she was a faculty member at IISc, Bangalore. She did her Ph.D. at IMSc, Chennai, and her PostDoc in Israel. Her current research interests are in algebra, and more specifically, she works on studying groups through their representations. Since 2014, she has been actively associated with Indian women and mathematics and is contributing by organizing many research activities at universities, colleges, and institutes.
