Twmbarlwm -
The Big Dig in Photos

These galleries of photographs follow the progression of the archaeological investigation that took place on Mynydd Twmbarlwm in Risca, south Wales.

This investigation was carried out on behalf of Cymdeithas Twmbarlwm Society by Clwyd-Powys Archaeological Trust (CPAT) under the advice of the Welsh Government’s Heritage department, Cadw.

A Blog Diary of the dig and further information can be found on our main website www.twmbarlwm.co.uk

PLEASE NOTE: The photographs on this site are all copyrighted to the photographer, they should not be downloaded, printed, used on social media or in any other form without the photographer’s permission. If you would like to use a photograph please contact me, Terry Evans, I would rarely refuse – and anyway, it’s very rude not to.
