About Us

Twixy really likes dessert… maybe a little too much, I mean where else do you think she coined the name Twixy from? lol, She tends to think of herself as a dessert specialist who is constantly testing, researching and eating her way through dessert nostalgia. She spends a large amount of her free time in bakeries, and indulges in her own creations as well as other desserts in the city.

Prior to pursuing her professional dreams of baking, Twixy spent her days filled with writing memos, sending emails with the infamous (please find attached) phrase LOL and attending meetings. She then resigned and waltzed into the cake world and went to Le Cordon Bleu in France, where she earned her pastry diploma. Twixy has worked in several bakeries and kitchens across the city, honed her love for sugar and flour and the rest they say is history
