The project is an e- twinning project. The Twintv project is designed to develop students' broadcasting skills in their own learning environments. The project founders are Olsen Edizsoy and Sevgi Sönmez.

There are fourteen member teachers and one hundred nineteen member students in the project. Teachers and students attend from three different countries, Turkey, Portugal and Italy.
