Volunteer Help Needed

2023-2024 Band Booster Help needed. Please see the Grid of Positions to see where your skills can best be used. Please remember, the Boosters exist to help the band succeed. With a dedicated group of volunteers, we are able to provide uniforms, scholarships, chaperones and more!

In order to continue to be successful in our enrichment endeavors, we must rely on our families, friends and supporters. We offer many fun ways to get involved and be a part of something our students truly love. We are actively seeking volunteers for committees throughout the year.
We are a dedicated and lively crew of family helpers who strongly encourage and welcome new team members. You can choose to be involved in what works best for you; it may be one event all year or it may be a series of events, or behind the scenes work. One of the greatest things about being a part of our community is the impact you can have on our students’ experiences. These are truly memories they will hold onto forever.
If you are interested in joining us, there are several options.
We would LOVE to welcome you to the team!

Committee Positions

Fundraising

Team Executive:
Mike Winnen
Sponsorships, Dine-Outs, Tag Day, Tiger Cards, and more!
The TBB hosts a series of fundraising opportunities each year. Each year we look for a team of adults who will organize and oversee sub-committees for each event. This team works closely with the Student Band Council, Activities Committee, and the Band Directors
In addition, we must have volunteers to help get the tasks done. These volunteers are often a combination of parents, siblings, students, section leaders, and faculty. These events provide for fantastic family oriented activities to get involved with and service hours for students.
Team Member Positions include TIGER CARDS, TAG DAY, JAZZ DINNER, DINE OUTS

This committee has the task of managing, maintaining, and communicating information from our organization. Currently, we use several forms of communication and publicity to promote the TBB:
TCSD Website, TBB Blotter, Facebook, Twitter, concert programs, picture taking & photo management, and a monthly newsletter.
We are actively seeking a small group of people to do these things. If marketing, photography, editing, journalism, or anything of this nature is in your wheelhouse this is the team for you!
