Weekly: $2,800.00 (Saturday to Saturday)

Now booking for the 2022 season! $2,800.00 per week (includes $200.00 cleaning fee) plus a refundable $250.00 security deposit. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits are subject to one-night cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in. Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends Holiday Weekend Rates

Nightly: $400.00

Holiday weekend nightly rates are $400.00 per night plus a $200.00 cleaning fee and a refundable $250.00 security deposit. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits are subject to one-night cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in.

Sep. 6th thru May 25th Off Season Rates

Nightly: $250.00

Off season nightly rates are $250.00 per night plus a $200.00 cleaning fee and a refundable $250.00 security deposit. 50% deposit required at time of booking.
