Twice News Team Kpop Awards

MV was one of the hardest category even taking out the ones with AI.. 

TWICE deserve as much or even more than NMIXX the crown for ArOTY, but we all know that here, so I want to follow up on their popularity trend and give more exposure to NMIXX as they deserve.

This was very hard to choose this year. So many good albums, songs and releases this year. I chose "This Is For" by TWICE because it's a great song to boost your mood, makes you wanna dance, and most importantly makes you feel confident if you're a lady :) This song makes me happy every time i hear it and i can't wait to finally be able to hear it live! We need more Girl Power songs, and I hope TWICE will continue to release songs like this in the future! Here's to a near year for new music! Come on, dip your hip into it!

Some very tough decisions for me this year, thought the soloists and girl groups shone in particular, making it ever harder to choose. 

My artists of the year put out their first studio album and knocked it out of the park, their rise in various aspects solidified my choice. Although, special mention to TWICE for celebrating their 10th year, and a very succesful one too.

Posted above is my choice for the best MV of the year. The direction and editing is extraordinary and compliments the audio extremely well.

SOTY seemed fairly hard this year; lots of soloists and groups released that it was impossible to pay tribute to all of them, even through other categories (notably, LE SSERAFIM). GFRIEND was partly chosen for the nostalgic reasons, but also just an earworm.

SOTY and AOTY were both an easy choice as soon as High Horse and Blue Valentine were released, but as I started to listen to new groups like TripleS, it became a difficult decision, but I had to stick with my choices. Though MSNZ and <ASSEMBLE25> are very high in my rankings.
