• WHAT'S HAPPENING?

12/10 is taking over Kazunori Japanese Restaurant for two nights – December 07 & 14, 2021. The team will be offering an 11-course omakase featuring 12/10's staples plus a couple of fresh new dishes. The fixed menu includes a beverage pairing and is priced at Php 5,500.00 / head, inclusive of VAT and subject to 10% service charge.

• HOW TO RESERVE A TABLE?

The official booking link will be published on 12/10's Instagram account @twelvetenph on November 28, 2021 at 8:00 PM.

Please note that a reservation deposit of Php 1,500.00 / head will be requested. Only upon proof of deposit shall the reservation be officially confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total bill upon dinner checkout.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AND / OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE COURSES?

Our 11-course menu is a seafood and vegetable forward progression that includes sashimi, meat, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, and gluten. The beverage pairing includes a welcome highball and a sake & wine flight. Due to the limited nature of the event, we apologize that the restaurant will not be able to accommodate changes or modifications for both nights.


• WHAT ARE THE TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE?

Tables are categorized depending on the table's max occupancy (Table for 2, Table for 3, Table for 4, Table for 6) and are spread out into different time slots:

5:45 PM - 7:45 PM

6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

7:15 PM - 9:15 PM

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

8:45 PM - 10:45 PM

9:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Please note that the seating schedules are fixed and service will start on time. Please take the holiday traffic into consideration when choosing your time slot.


• I'M UNCOMFORTABLE DINING OUT. HOW SAFE IS THE SPACE?

Kazunori Japanese Restaurant has acquired a Safety Seal. That means all employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and all customers will have to present their proof of vaccination. All safety protocols are observed and air purifiers are spread out in the dining areas.


• I WANT TO BRING MY OWN BOTTLE. WHAT IS YOUR CORKAGE POLICY?

The beverage pairing is fixed with the menu. If you prefer to bring your own bottle, the restaurant charges corkage accordingly:

Php 500.00 / bottle for wine, sake, and beer

Php 1000.00 / bottle for spirits / hard liquor


• WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

For the reservation deposit, we accept online payment transfers via GCash or Bank Transfer to a specified BDO account. All information will be prompted upon checkout.

The total bill will be settled upon table checkout on your booked night. The restaurant accepts Cash and Credit Card payments.


• WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another party should there be a need to cancel last minute. Please get in touch via hello@twelveten.ph should a cancellation be required.
