شروط الخدمة - Terms of Service

1.  القبول والاستخدام :

عند تنزيلك أو استخدامك لتطبيق "حسيب مرافقك المحاسبي"، فإنك تقر بموافقتك الكاملة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من البنود أدناه، فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. 

2.  التحميل والاستخدام المبدئي :

• يجب تحميل التطبيق حصريًا من متجرGoogle Play،ولا يتحمل المطوّر أي مسؤولية عن أي نسخة يتم تنزيلها من مصادر أخرى.

• بعد التثبيت، يحصل المستخدم على 400 قيد محاسبي كفترة تجريبية مجانية لتجربة التطبيق وتقييم ملاءمته لاحتياجاته.

3.  الاشتراك والتفعيل :

• بعد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، يتطلب استمرار الاستخدام رسوم تفعيل سنوية قدرها 12 دولارًا أمريكيًا.

• للمستخدمين خارج الجمهورية اليمنية، قد تُضاف رسوم تحويل إضافية بمقدار 2 دولار لتغطية عمولات الدفع.

• تستمر صلاحية التفعيل لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ الدفع.

• يمكن للمستخدم تغيير الجهاز خلال فترة التفعيل دون رسوم إضافية، وذلك عبر إرسال كود التفعيل الجديد ليتم نقل الترخيص للجهاز الجديد وإلغاء التفعيل عن الجهاز القديم.

• في بعض الحالات قد يتغير كود التفعيل تلقائيًا (نتيجة لتحديث النظام أو الجهاز)، ويمكن للمستخدم ببساطة إعادة إرسال الكود الجديد لإعادة التفعيل.

4.  النسخ الاحتياطي وحماية البيانات :

• تقع مسؤولية النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات بالكامل على المستخدم.

• يُنصح بإنشاء نسخة احتياطية يومية لتجنب فقدان البيانات في حالة تلف الجهاز أو فقده أو تغييره.

• يوفر التطبيق خيارات متعددة للنسخ الاحتياطي، منها:

1. النسخ السحابي إلى Google Drive.

2. النسخ المحلي إلى مجلد Backup داخل مجلد Hasib (ويكون ضمن مجلد Documents في نظام أندرويد).

3. إمكانية الربط بالبريد الإلكتروني لإجراء نسخ احتياطية تلقائية.

• لا يحتفظ التطبيق أو المطور بأي نسخة من بيانات المستخدم، ولا توجد له أي صلاحيات للوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها.

5.  خصوصية البيانات :

• لا يتم تخزين أي بيانات شخصية أو مالية على خوادم التطبيق.

• لا يملك المطور أو أي طرف ثالث صلاحية الوصول إلى البيانات المسجلة داخل التطبيق.

• يتحمل المستخدم وحده مسؤولية محتوى البيانات المدخلة، ويجب عليه التأكد من عدم انتهاك أي قوانين محلية أو حقوق ملكية فكرية من خلال استخدام التطبيق.

6.  حقوق الملكية الفكرية :

• جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية لتطبيق "حسيب مرافقك المحاسبي" ومحتوياته محفوظة بالكامل للمطور. 

• لا يجوز نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أو إعادة نشر أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن كتابي مسبق من الجهة المالكة.

7.  التحديثات والتعديلات :

• يحتفظ المطوّر بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث التطبيق أو شروط الخدمة في أي وقت.

• يتم نشر أي تعديلات على هذه الصفحة، ويُعتبر استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة ضمنية عليها.

8.  إيقاف الخدمة أو إنهاؤها :

• يحق للمطور إيقاف أو إنهاء الخدمة مؤقتًا أو دائمًا في حال:

1. انتهاك المستخدم لأي من الشروط.

2. إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو استغلاله بطريقة غير مشروعة.

• لا يتحمل المطور مسؤولية أي فقدان للبيانات ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو حذف المستخدم لأي بيانات.

8.  الدعم الفني والمساعدة :

• يوفر التطبيق شروحات تعليمية متكاملة حول الاستخدام عبر قناة "حسيب – مرافقك المحاسبي" على YouTube.

• يمكن للمستخدم التواصل عبر القنوات الرسمية للحصول على الدعم أو نقل التفعيل عند الحاجة.

8.  موافقة المستخدم :

باستخدامك لتطبيق "حسيب مرافقك المحاسبي"، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها كاملة. 

1. Acceptance and Use

By downloading or using the “Hasib – Your Accounting Companion” application, you acknowledge and fully agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please refrain from using the application.

2. Download and Initial Use

The application must be downloaded exclusively from Google Play, and the developer bears no responsibility for any version obtained from other sources.
After installation, the user receives 400 accounting entries as a free trial period to test and evaluate the app’s suitability for their business needs.

3. Subscription and Activation

After the trial period ends, continued use requires an annual activation fee of USD 12.
For users outside the Republic of Yemen, an additional USD 2 transfer fee may apply to cover payment processing charges.
The activation remains valid for one year from the date of payment.
Users may change their device during the activation period without additional charges, by sending the new activation code to transfer the license to the new device and deactivate it on the old one.
In some cases, the activation code may change automatically (for example, due to a system or device update); users can simply resend the new code to reactivate the app.

4. Backup and Data Protection

The user is solely responsible for backing up their data.
It is strongly recommended to create daily backups to avoid data loss in case of device damage, loss, or replacement.
The application provides multiple backup options, including:

• Cloud backup to Google Drive.
  
  

• Local backup to a Backup folder inside the Hasib directory (located within the Documents folder on Android).
  
  

• Email integration for automated backups.
  The application and its developer do not store, access, modify, or delete any user data, and have no permissions to do so.
  
  

5. Data Privacy

No personal or financial data is stored on any external servers.
Neither the developer nor any third party has access to the data entered in the application.
The user is solely responsible for the content they enter and must ensure that their use of the application does not violate any local laws or intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the “Hasib – Your Accounting Companion” application and its content are fully owned by the developer.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the application without prior written permission from the owner.

7. Updates and Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify or update the application or its terms of service at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the application after such publication constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

The developer has the right to suspend or terminate the service temporarily or permanently in cases of:

• Violation of any of the terms.
  
  

• Misuse of the application or its use for illegal purposes.
  The developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from misuse or user deletion of data.
  
  

9. Technical Support and Assistance

The application provides comprehensive tutorial videos available on the “Hasib – Your Accounting Companion” YouTube channel.
Users may contact the official support channels for assistance or license transfer when needed.

10. User Agreement

By using the “Hasib – Your Accounting Companion” application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all of these terms and conditions in full.
