At the top of the entry form, fill out the following:

Deposit your art using this Google Form. Make sure to label your file with your full name and grade. Or, drop off your art at the front desk in the business office. Clearly label the artwork with your name, grade, and "Reflections Program." Files will be relabeled with a code before being sent to the judges.
If you have a physical piece of artwork, take a picture of it using the Google Form. Then, give it to your teacher, and then your teacher will put it in the PTA cubby. Make sure the artwork is clearly labeled so that it can be returned to you later. However, to keep the judging as fair as possible, the student’s name and/or other identifying information should not be visible on or within the artwork that will be judged.
