Can't find your Smart TV?
Make sure that your phone and TV are connected to the same WiFi network.
Verify that the app has access to the local network. In Settings, go to Privacy & Security* > Local Network and make sure the permission for
"TV Remote" is enabled.
If your TV isn't found, please reboot (power reset) it and try again!
Restart TV Remote App.
Restart your router.
I mistakenly pressed 'Deny' on my Samsung TV when the remote app tried to connect. How can I resolve this?
If you have selected "Deny" instead of "Allow" by mistake, there is an easy way to fix it:
Go to General > External Device Manager > Device Connection Manager > Device List, select Edit, select All and make sure that the list is cleared.
