## 2. What the app is
TV Browser is a **web browser** that runs on your device. Websites you visit, search engines you use, and content providers have their own privacy policies. This policy covers only how the **app itself** operates, not third-party sites or services.

## 3. Data we process and why
### 3.1 Data stored locally on your device
The following is stored **primarily on your device** for browser functionality and is **not** automatically uploaded to developer-operated servers:
- **Browsing history** and **bookmarks** (in-app lists)
- **Download list** and local records related to downloads
- **Settings** (e.g. home page, user agent, ad-blocking preference, search engine selection)
- **Private browsing** mode: limited session data as described in the app; history and cookies may be restricted compared to normal browsing
This information is processed so the app can provide its service (open pages, show history, manage bookmarks, etc.).
### 3.2 Web content and cookies
Pages load through **Android WebView**. Sites may use **cookies**, **local storage**, and similar web technologies. That processing is governed by the relevant sites and third parties.
### 3.3 Network and internet access
The app uses the **internet** to load web pages and search results. **Network state** may be used for general connectivity information. Requests are sent over the internet to the addresses you enter, the search providers you use, and the websites you visit.
### 3.4 Microphone (voice search)
When you use **voice search**, **recording and speech recognition are handled by the system speech recognition service on your device**. The app does not access your microphone unless you use that feature. How audio is processed depends on your device manufacturer and speech provider.
### 3.5 Storage permissions (older Android versions)
On some Android versions, **storage** permissions may be required for downloads or file-related actions. Those permissions are used only for the related features.

## 4. Analytics, ads, and third-party SDKs
The current app build is **not** designed to include embedded **advertising networks** or **analytics SDKs** that track your behaviour for the developer. Websites you visit may still use their own tracking and advertising technologies.

## 5. Sharing and transfer
- Browsing data managed by the app on your device is **not** automatically sent to the developer for **profiling** purposes.
- Information is transmitted in the ordinary course of browsing to **URLs you enter**, **search engines you choose**, and **websites you open**.

Because data is stored on your device, your privacy also depends on device security (screen lock, shared devices, malware). We recommend keeping your system up to date and using secure connections (HTTPS) for sensitive tasks.

## 7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws (for example in the **European Economic Area**, the **UK**, or **Turkey**) may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
