Tuzy does not guarantee that every service will be performed directly by Tuzy. Depending on the service, work may be performed by an authorized professional, consultant, agency, employee, vendor, or other service provider.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tuzy's services or place an order.
By using Tuzy, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
You have authority to provide information or documents submitted on behalf of a business or another person.
You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information and documents required for your selected service.
You are responsible for:
Providing correct personal and business information.
Providing genuine documents.
Reviewing information before submission.
Providing additional documents when requested.
Responding to queries within a reasonable time.
Paying applicable service fees and government/statutory charges.
Tuzy is not responsible for delays, rejection, penalties, additional charges, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the user.
When you place an order through Tuzy:
You select the required service.
You provide the requested information and documents.
You pay the applicable service fee, where required.
Tuzy or the assigned professional/service provider begins processing the request.
Additional information or documents may be requested during processing.
An order may require verification before processing begins.
Tuzy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a service request where information appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, unlawful, or outside the scope of the selected service.
Tuzy may provide assistance relating to business and other registrations, including applicable government or regulatory registrations.

Payment for Tuzy's assistance does not guarantee approval or registration.

Where a service is performed by an independent Chartered Accountant or other professional, the professional is responsible for the professional advice or work provided within the applicable scope.
Users are responsible for providing accurate financial and tax information.
Tuzy may provide access to or facilitate legal consultancy and related professional services.
Legal services may be provided by qualified legal professionals or other authorized service providers.
Tuzy does not guarantee a particular legal outcome, court decision, settlement, approval, or result.
Information available through Tuzy should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal advice unless specifically provided by an appropriately qualified professional.
Tuzy may assist businesses with applicable compliance requirements, filings, documentation, reminders, and related professional services.
Compliance requirements, deadlines, government rules, and statutory fees may change.
Users remain responsible for providing accurate information and completing any actions required from their side.
Tuzy does not guarantee that a business will remain compliant where the required information, documents, approvals, payments, or instructions are not provided by the user on time.

The actual scope of an HR service will depend on the package or service selected by the user.
Tuzy may provide or facilitate:

Marketing results such as sales, leads, followers, traffic, engagement, conversions, or revenue are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Advertising-platform policies, algorithm changes, account restrictions, market conditions, and third-party decisions may affect campaign performance.
Tuzy may provide website and mobile application development services.
Depending on the selected package, services may include:
UI/UX design
Website development
Android application development
iOS application development
Backend development

Payment gateway integration
Maintenance and technical support.
The exact features, delivery timeline, revisions, hosting, domain, third-party services, source code, and maintenance terms will depend on the selected package or separate project agreement.
Third-party services may have their own fees and terms.
Some services available through Tuzy may be performed by independent professionals, consultants, vendors, agencies, developers, accountants, lawyers, HR professionals, or other service providers.
Where applicable, the professional/service provider may be responsible for the actual professional work.
Tuzy may assist with coordination, communication, payment processing, service management, and customer support.
Service prices displayed on Tuzy may include or exclude government fees, statutory charges, professional fees, taxes, payment-processing charges, or third-party charges depending on the specific service.
The applicable price and inclusions will be displayed or communicated before payment.
Users agree to pay all applicable charges required for the selected service.
Government or statutory fees may change independently of Tuzy.
Once a service request has been placed and processing or professional work has started, the service fee may become non-refundable.
If you request cancellation before work has started, Tuzy may consider a refund after deducting applicable administrative, payment-processing, or other permissible charges.
Government fees, statutory charges, application fees, and other official charges are generally subject to the rules of the relevant authority and may be non-refundable.
Rejection, delay, objection, additional-document requests, or other decisions made by a government or regulatory authority do not automatically qualify the user for a refund.
If Tuzy is unable to provide a purchased service due solely to an internal failure attributable to Tuzy, an eligible refund may be processed.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to banking/payment-provider processing times.
Tuzy is a private business-services platform and is not a government entity.
Tuzy is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Government of India, State Governments, or government departments unless expressly stated.
Using Tuzy does not guarantee:
Registration approval
Licence approval
Certificate issuance
Tax registration
Government approval
Loan approval
Legal outcome
Compliance acceptance
Any other result controlled by a government authority or third party.
The final decision always rests with the relevant authority or organization.
Tuzy may use or integrate third-party services, including:

Cloud services
Advertising platforms
Communication providers
Hosting providers
Maps/location services
Other technology providers.
Tuzy is not responsible for failures, downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or other issues caused by third-party services.
The Tuzy name, logo, application, website, software, design, graphics, content, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tuzy.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Tuzy's intellectual property without written permission.
For website/app development projects, ownership of source code, designs, content, and other deliverables will depend on the terms of the applicable project agreement or package.
Users must not use Tuzy to:
Submit false or forged documents.
Commit fraud.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Conduct illegal activities.
Abuse Tuzy employees, professionals, vendors, or other users.
Attempt unauthorized access to Tuzy systems.
Upload malicious software.
Misuse payment systems.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Tuzy may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
By checking the agreement/consent checkbox while using Tuzy, you agree that Tuzy and its authorized representatives may contact you through:
