We are the Temple University Undergraduate Workers Organizing Committee, known as TUUWOC. We are a decentralized committee that is cultivating a space to further develop worker's rights. This includes but is not limited to:

○ fair wages

○ over-time pay

○ affordable health insurance

○ wage transparency

○ no gender pay gap

The goal of this committee is to organize Undergraduate Workers so as to unionize them—and to create a collective bargaining agreement with Temple University for fair pay and working conditions, as well. We hope to do this by cultivating spaces to share information among each other and the public.

To join, you can either fill out a Union Card (if a student worker) or an Associate Card (if not). This means you agree with our core values found within our Constitution.
