CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGREEMENT – TERMS OF SERVICE

Your success is our success. Following is the simple understanding between Tuurosung Joseph’s Vital Source Technologies and customers to help both succeed.

  • In case a student is not satisfied with the delivery of service, the maximum amount refundable is limited to the course fee. TJ Vital source Technologies I.T TRAINING is not responsible for consequential losses.

  • Refunds or credit notes are not claimable after payment and hence, you should read our terms and conditions appropriately before accepting our services.

  • In the case of products such as laptops, refund is only claimable within 24hrs of payment. After 24hrs if the tenderer raises a concern of faulty device(s) or item(s) will not get a refund of the amount paid for the product.

  • Full payment is done before product(s) starts the shipping process unless it is our online or manual tuition which requires 50% payment before commencement of service.

ONLY FOR CLASSROOM

  • TJ VITAL SOURCE TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE I.T TRAINING is not responsible in the case of an accident or an injury. Please have the necessary insurance in place.

  • TJ VITAL SOURCE TECHNOLOGIES ONLINE I.T TRAINING follows and Bring Your Own Laptop policy. This is both environment and user friendly.

ONLY FOR TRAINING

  1. The participant(s) should note that 50% of total amount of the fees need to be paid immediately before the start of the training.

  2. The participant should note that registration fees paid cannot be refunded

  3. The participant should know that he/she has the right to take the trainer up for sanctions on legal grounds if after the participant(s) has made the payment fails to train the participant.

  4. The participant(s) should remember that they are responsible in the provision of their own data bundle or internet for the training.
