TU TU BILL (package name com.billcalc.app) is an offline billing and business utility application developed by Aditya Sharma. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
TU TU BILL may store information that you choose to enter, including:
Business name, address, phone number, email, GST/FSSAI details, logo, bank details, and UPI ID.
Product names, barcodes, prices, tax rates, discounts, stock, and categories.
Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, GST numbers, balances, and transaction history.
Bills, bill items, payments, expenses, notes, and saved or held orders.
Printer, language, theme, tax, scanner, and other app settings.
This information is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database and local app storage. TU TU BILL does not operate an online account service and does not automatically upload your billing data to the developer.
Camera: Used to scan product barcodes and capture or select business-related images. Camera images are not sent to the developer.
Bluetooth and nearby devices: Used to discover, connect to, and print through Bluetooth thermal printers.
Location on Android 11 and earlier: Older Android versions may require location permission for nearby Bluetooth discovery. The app does not track or store your location.
Photos and media: Used to select a business logo, payment QR image, expense attachment, or save receipt images.
Storage on Android 9 and earlier: Used to save or restore PDFs, receipt images, reports, and backups on older devices.
USB access: Used to connect to a compatible USB/OTG printer after you approve Android's USB permission prompt.
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. The related feature may then be unavailable, but other offline billing features will continue to work.
Information is used only to create and manage bills, customers, inventory, stock, payments, expenses, reports, invoices, receipts, exports, backups, printer connections, and app preferences.
TU TU BILL shares information only when you initiate an action such as Print, Share, Save PDF/Image, Export Report, or Backup. The selected document is provided to Android, a printer, or an app chosen through the system share sheet, such as WhatsApp or email. Those external apps and services process shared information under their own privacy policies.
TU TU BILL does not sell personal information. The app does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated analytics. Core billing functions work offline. Android and installed third-party apps may process limited technical information when system services such as printing, file selection, Bluetooth, or sharing are used.
Data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Exported files and backups remain in the location you selected until you delete them. The app uses Android application storage protections, but no storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device and backups.
You can delete individual records where deletion is available. You can erase app data using Settings > Reset App, Android's app-storage controls, or by uninstalling TU TU BILL. Exported files and shared copies must be deleted separately. The developer does not maintain an online TU TU BILL account or cloud database, so there is normally no server-side account data to delete.
TU TU BILL is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through an online service.
This policy may be updated when app features, permissions, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.
