User-Generated Content: We collect the "Turtle Soup" stories you create and the questions/chat messages you send during gameplay. This data is stored on our secure servers to enable multiplayer functionality and game records.
Avatars: We use third-party services (like DiceBear) to generate random avatars based on your UID or random seeds.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as game progress, hints used, and theme preferences.

To save and sync your game history across devices via our DigitalOcean servers.

Your data is stored in our MySQL database hosted on DigitalOcean. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
When you play a game, your questions and the puzzle content are sent to AI providers (OpenAI or DeepSeek) to generate responses. We do not send your personal email or real name to these AI providers; only game-contextual data is shared.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. You can request data deletion by contacting us at lamtech2019@gmail.com or using the delete features within the App. Upon request, we will remove your UID, nickname, and personal game history from our servers.
Our App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
