House Rules

NO parties allowed. NO Exceptions! You will be removed from the premises and will be charged for the rest of your stay. No Refunds.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people for overnight stays. Minimum $100 charge per night per guest above 8 people or anyone who is not declared on the reservation or you risk having your booking cancelled without refunds.

Minimum age for responsible party is 25 years old.

No smoking at the property at all. NO exceptions. Any violation of this rule you will be charged $250 for cleaning above and beyond the normal cleaning fee and removed from the premises with no refunds. Our owners are allergic.

No eating on the living room furniture or in the beds. Please limit your eating to the many eating areas in this home. 

Do not tamper with the WIFI modem or the cameras. Do not cover up or move any cameras or your booking will be canceled, and there will be no refunds. Cameras located on the front of the house, above the pool equipment, and in the garage aimed at the mechanicals.

Do not mess with, adjust, or push any buttons to the pool equipment, in-ground sprinkler system, water heater, or electrical panel. Doing so can result in costly expenses to you and cancelling your booking without refunds. The pool is maintained weekly and any issues are taken care of immediately.

The grill must be used outside of the screened in area. Clean the grill after use or before check out to avoid extra cleaning fees.

No pets allowed. Our owners are allergic.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 7:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors. Absolutely no outside music after 10p on the lanai. 

We love this home and the area. Please be respectful and treat it like it is your home. 

We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well. 

Stays over 14 days are required to have a cleaning done between check in and check out. Stays over 21 days are required to have a cleaning each week.
