About Us:

Welcome to Turnstone Consulting Group! My name is Kevin and I am the founder and lead consultant of TCG. I graduated from Virginia Tech College of Architecture in 2013 and have since dedicated my career to the field of construction. With 12 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, I have successfully overseen the delivery of more than $600 million in assets.

My career began in Virginia, where I gained valuable experience in home building and general commercial projects. After several years, I relocated to Arizona and shifted my focus to preconstruction services and project delivery (Focusing on the $10MM+ project range). This move allowed me to hone my skills in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Currently, I work full-time for a local developer, leading their in-house construction initiatives. This role has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. The majority of my experience is in multifamily construction, but much of my passion lies in helping subcontractors, builders, owners and specialty contractors scale their business, obtain more contracts, and continually improve their operations, leading to win-win scenarios for all involved.
