I have known Jacob since 2014, when he was in my 5th grade class. In my class Jacob was a superior student in all subject areas. He earned high academic achievement marks, had good attendance, and great classroom participation. He was a student others could look up to as a role model, and remains this same role model today. Jacob is extremely reliable, incredibly patient, and has a very warm personality. In 3rd grade Jacob qualified for GATE, so he understands the unique way that GATE students think and problem solve. In addition to helping GATE students, he will be able to help your child learn and practice new and varied problem solving strategies due to his success with Common Core State Standards. Jacob is currently taking honors courses and is performing well in all areas. He would be capable of helping children from grades K – 9, and I firmly believe he would do an exceptional job.
Jacob will make any kid feel comfortable, welcome, and ready to achieve. I could not recommend a more capable and hard working person to tutor your child. If Jacob’s performance in my class is any indication of how he will perform as a tutor, then I know he will be the perfect tutor for your child.
