Türkçe Kur’an ("we", "our", or the "App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
Information Collection and Account Creation
Anonymous Login: Your reading progress and settings are saved using a randomly generated unique identifier (Anonymous ID) specific to your device, without collecting any personally identifiable information such as your name or email address.
Sign in with Apple: Used for accessing premium features and account synchronization. Based on the permissions you grant via Apple, your name and email address may be processed and stored securely on our server infrastructure.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases In-app purchases for premium features (ad-free experience, background playback, etc.) are processed directly through the Apple App Store. We do not see or store your credit card or payment information. Your purchase history and premium status are verified and managed through secure third-party subscription management systems.
GDPR / KVKK Compliance (European Economic Area) For our users in the EEA and the UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. This allows you to transparently manage your personalized ad preferences and withdraw your consent at any time from the app settings.
US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, etc.)
Data Sharing and "Sale" Disclosure: Our app does not directly sell your personal information for money. However, sharing advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) with third-party ad partners (Google AdMob) to serve interest-based ads may be considered "sharing" or "selling" data under certain state laws.
User Rights: Users in applicable states have the right to know what data is collected, request the deletion of their data, and opt-out of the "sharing/selling" of their data for targeted advertising purposes.
Advertising Identifiers (IDFA) and Third-Party Services To serve more relevant ads and measure ad performance in the free version, our app may request access to your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Google AdMob is used for ad delivery. (Service provider privacy policy: Google AdMob)
Children’s Privacy The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
CalOPPA Compliance This Privacy Policy complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).
Data Security Your user data (Apple Login information and subscription status) is stored on servers and with service providers that maintain industry-standard security.
