This project is created by Jianing Zhao '20, advised by Natalia Ermolaev (Associate Director, Center of Digital Humanities) and Katherine Reischl (Assistant Professor, Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures) at Princeton University. It is inspired by the Shakespeare and Company Project, directed by Joshua Kotin (Associate Professor, Department of English).

Jianing Zhao '20 has recently graduated from Princeton University with a concentration in Slavic Languages and Literatures, and Certificates (minors) in Archaeology, Theater, and Digital Humanities. Her main research interest is 20th century European and Russian literature and art, with a focus on émigré culture, poetics, and the interplay between text and image. She is also a theater director and photography artist.
