By downloading or using Shepherd Tool ("the app") you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose. The app provides informational network diagnostics (Wi-Fi analysis, site availability, speed test). Results are for general guidance only and are
not professional security advice or a guarantee of safety.
2. Acceptable use. Use the app only for networks and sites you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
3. No warranty. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Measurements may be inaccurate or unavailable depending on
device, OS, and network conditions.
4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboApps is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the
app.
5. Third-party services. The app relies on third-party services (e.g. ipwho.is, Cloudflare) whose availability and terms are outside our control.
6. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
