This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game "Turbo 3" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and published by Beyond Digital Arts (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

- Google AdMob (For delivering in-game advertisements)

- Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics (For upcoming performance tracking, crash reporting, and user behavior analytics)

- Unity Technologies (For game engine operational data and In-App Purchases via Unity IAP)

3. In-App Purchases and Chance-Based Mechanics (Card Packs)

The Application offers In-App Purchases (IAP) via Unity IAP for virtual items, currency, or vehicle upgrades. The Application also features chance-based mechanics (such as random card packs) where users receive virtual items based on probability. In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, the drop rates and winning odds for all chance-based purchases are transparently displayed to the user within the game interface prior to purchase (e.g., specifying that cards have an equal/fair chance of being drawn). The Application does not involve real-world cash rewards, gambling, cryptocurrency, or NFTs.

4. Data Safety, Security, and Retention

The Service Provider is committed to protecting user privacy. All automatically collected device identifiers and analytics data are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS protocols. This data is used solely for the operational functionality of Turbo 3 and is not shared with unauthorized third parties. No sensitive personal data (such as names, physical addresses, or contact lists) is requested, required, or stored.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be deleted from the servers immediately.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
