How to Convert Google Slides to an Accessible Word Doc

In Google Slides, go to File → Download → Microsoft PowerPoint. Then open claude.ai, upload the file, and send this prompt: "Convert my attached PowerPoint into an accessible Word document (.docx) that meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Use proper heading levels, add alt text for images, include all links as descriptive hyperlinks, and preserve all content - do not summarize or omit anything." Download the .docx Claude produces and review it for any slides that had images with text, which may need a small manual fix.
