Procedures

It is recommended that the applicant use a laptop or desktop computer for online application.

STEP 1. ERS WEBSITE

Visit Website: www.ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants

Click Apply Button

A. Complete the details:

Name Dela Cruz

First Name Juan

Middle Name (Put NA if not applicable)

Birthdate (set your mm-dd-yyyy)

Campus Taguig

Department College

B. Complete STEPS 1-4

Complete the required field, if not applicable put NA.

In uploading of picture. Please read the guidelines carefully. Rename your picture by your SURNAME (ex. Delacruz.jpg)

C. Download Form

Download your Form A1 from ERS.

Make sure your photo is formal.

Get the Official Applicant ID for TUPTOAA purposes.

STEP 2. TUPTOAA

Complete the TUPTOAA from Google Form - Click here

Provide the necessary details, any information that is not true is subject to disqualification.

STEP 3. SUBMIT THE REQUIREMENTS ON-SITE

Print the application form (TUP Form 1A) & the completed TUPTOAA acknowledgment (First page ONLY) from your personal email.

Attached is the following:

- For SHS, Photocopy of Grade 11 and Grade 12 Card (Updated)
- For Transferee, Copy of Transcript of Records or True Copy of Grades from last school attended

Submit the above documents to the Admission Office at TUPT-Taguig, starting JANUARY 13, 2025 to APRIL 04, 2024 ONLY OR UNTIL ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED UP, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM ONLY.

Please be advised that incomplete requirements or fraudulent documents will not be processed.

STEP 4. Check Emails and ERS account

Check email regularly, as qualified applicants will receive a notice confirming pre-qualification for the TUPTSTAT, along with further instructions.

Check the ERS Applicant Module account and print your TEST PERMIT at least 1 month before the schedule of examination using this link: ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants

STEP 5. EXAM/ TEST Schedule

The downloadable TEST PERMIT will reflect the exam/ Test schedule, room assignment, time slot, and things to bring on examination day.

DATE OF EXAMINATION:

March 01, 2025 (Saturday)- AM & PM session
April 26, 2025 (Saturday)- AM & PM session
June 07, 2025 (Saturday)- AM & PM session

STEP 6. ADMISSION TEST

Take the ADMISSION TEST on the schedule reflected in the printed TEST PERMIT.

Bring a printed copy of TEST PERMIT on examination day. "NO TEST PERMIT, NO EXAM POLICY"

STEP 7. POSTING OF RESULTS OF TUPSTAT

Posting of Results of Admission Test (TUPSTAT) - to be announced on the FB Page and the Notice of Test Result shall be sent to the applicant's respective email address.
