A relative who communicates with deities dreamt Tudigong (土地公，God of the Land) said there is a temple dedicated to him in Si Chong Xi, Ping Tung county. Tudigong wanted my relative to find the temple, yet only one such temple was widely known in the area. The relative went to the small town and indeed, found it. Thereafter, he suggested my family pray there.
I was very stressed from my job in Taipei, and would return to Kaohsiung once a month to visit my family. We would always pray together on my visits, and visited the Tudigong temple on my relative’s recommendation. Soon after, I dreamt that he called my mobile phone and told me I should not change my job.
I told this dream to my relative, who then asked Tudigong if it had really been really him visiting my dream. Tudigong said yes; because I hadn’t visited in a while, he came looking for me.
People have asked me what Tudigong’s voice sounds like, but I don’t recall.
