Here's what I saw while receiving Reiki:
1. I am surrounded by pink valleys. I walk; it is a place of inner calm and security. In my dream, I intuitively believe this is heaven. Then I come to an exit similar to a cave, and suddenly I am laying on someone’s lap. That person touches my head and as if to say, “It’s okay, it’s okay.” I feel a peace and relaxation I've never experienced before, like I've let go of all burdens and am healed. I lift my head to look at the person, and find that it is Buddha, and God is standing beside him. Even though they are all glowing and I can't see them clearly, I know they are all smiling warmly at me.
2. Time and space change, I suddenly come to a lush green forest. The forest is full of vitality, and the sunlight makes the plants glow. I'm more like a bystander, watching myself here. I see a group of people wearing white robes walking through the forest, as if with a destination. I am the one leading them. Even though I can't see anyone’s appearance clearly, I know I was leading. They stop, and I start to talk like I am preaching. They gather around me, listening attentively.

1.我在一个所有视觉都是粉红色形成的山谷，我走在山谷里面，那里使人内心平静充满安全感，当下梦中的我直觉认为那就是天境。接着我到了一个类似洞穴的出口，我突然躺在一个人的腿上，那个人摸着我的头像是再告诉我「没事的，没事的。」，那是我当时从未感受过的安心与放松，仿佛放下了所有重担实实的被疗愈了。于是我抬头看了那个人，发现那是佛祖，而旁边还站着上帝，即使祂们都发着光看不清实际的样貌，但我知道祂们都对着我温暖的微笑着。
2.像时空转换一样，我突然来到一个绿意盎然的森林当中，那个森林充满了生命力，还有阳光洒下让植物有发亮的感觉。在这里面我比较像是旁观者，我看着这个画面里的我，而不是第一人称视角去感受。我看到一群穿着类似白色长袍的人穿梭在森林里，像是要往某个目的地前进，走在最前方引领大家的是我，即使我看不清任何一个人的样貌，但我知道那就是我。他们停在森林里，那个我就开始像在传讲什么给其他人一样一直讲着，而其他人非常专注的围着那个我在聆听。
